Shipping
How long until my order ships?Made-to-order jerseys — personalised or not — take 5–11 business days to make and quality-check. Ready to Ship jerseys and Mystery Boxes are in stock in Texas and ship within 24 hours — the same business day if you order by 12pm Central.
How long does delivery take?In the US, 1–7 business days after it ships, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment it leaves us.
What does shipping cost?Free on US orders over $150. Under $150, the exact rate shows at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, to most countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs fees, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Why did my order come in two parcels?If you mix Ready to Ship and made-to-order kits, they ship separately so the in-stock ones aren't held back. Each parcel has its own tracking.
What if there's a delay?At busy times production can run 1–3 business days longer. If your order is affected, we message you first — you won't have to chase us.
My parcel came back because I typed the wrong addressWe email you as soon as it lands back with us. Send the correct address and pay the re-ship fee — $5.90 in the US, or the full re-shipping cost for international orders — and it goes straight back out. If you'd rather cancel, non-personalised jerseys are refunded minus the $15 restocking fee; personalised jerseys can't be refunded because they were made just for you, so re-shipping is the only option for those.
Exchanges & returns
Can I exchange my jersey?Yes, free. Unworn, unwashed, non-personalised jerseys with tags can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another size or another jersey of the same price.
Can I get a refund instead?Yes — you choose. Store credit is free. A refund to your original payment has a $15 restocking fee per jersey.
Who pays return postage?You do — $5.90 for standard return shipping, or choose another option. Exchanges have no other fee. We send a free prepaid label only when an item arrives damaged or we made a mistake.
Does this apply internationally?Yes. Exchanges, refunds and fees work the same for international orders.
When do I get my refund or credit?Within 3 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
How do I start an exchange?Open your order from the confirmation email (View your order → Request a return), or message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the size you need. We reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't post anything back before we confirm.
Personalised jerseys
Can I return a personalised jersey?No — it's printed just for you, so it can't be exchanged or returned for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide and your spelling before checkout.
What if you printed it wrong?If the name, number or lettering doesn't match your order, tell us within 7 days with a photo. We reprint it free and cover all shipping.
Wrong, damaged or lost
My item is damaged or the wrong oneMessage us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We send a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund — no restocking fee.
My tracking hasn't movedGive it 5 business days after the last scan, then message us. We chase the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund.
Team uniforms
When does production start?Once you approve the PDF proof at checkout. Team kits take 7–10 business days to make, then ship like any other order. We make exactly what's on the signed proof.
Can I change something after approving?Message us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll update the proof. After that, production has started and changes can't be made.
Returns on team kits?Team kits are personalised, so they're final sale. If we made a mistake versus your proof, we reprint the affected kits free.
Mystery Boxes & subscription
Can I exchange a Mystery Box jersey?Yes, for size only, within 30 days — same terms as other non-personalised jerseys. The club and season are the surprise, so they aren't exchangeable.
How does the no-duplicate promise work?We check your past Vintage Pitch orders under the same email and won't send a jersey you've already bought from us.
How do I skip or cancel my subscription?Anytime from your account or by messaging us, up to 3 days before your next billing date. No fees, no questions.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, for a full refund. After that, it's in production and can't be cancelled.
What if you can't fulfil my order?Occasionally a kit sells out before the site updates. If that happens, we tell you straight away and refund you in full.
