1. Information we collect

• Order and account details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you order, including any name and number you ask us to print.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal or the other providers offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or our contact form, so we can help you.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you reached us, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
• Reviews and photos you choose to submit through our review platform.

2. How we use it

• To process, make, ship and support your orders, and to send order and delivery updates.
• To answer your questions and handle exchanges, returns and claims.
• To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
• To improve our website, products and service.
• With your consent, to send marketing emails or texts about new drops, restocks and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to a text.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. We may also use advertising and analytics tools such as Meta and Google pixels to measure our campaigns and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, the cookie banner on our site.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes checkout.
• Payment processors and fraud-prevention services.
• Carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order.
• Email, SMS, review and customer-support tools (for example Klaviyo and Loox).
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

If our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.

5. Keeping your information

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet tax and accounting rules (generally 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email office@vintagepitchfk.com. We will respond within the time required by law. California residents can also request details of the categories of information we collect and share; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money.

7. Security

Our store uses industry-standard encryption (TLS) and Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Parents who believe a child has given us information can contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you order from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the US and by our providers' servers, which may be in other countries.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
