1. Our products

Our jerseys are newly manufactured, premium fan-version reproductions inspired by classic football kits. They are not match-worn or original vintage garments, and they are not produced, sponsored or endorsed by any club, federation, league, kit manufacturer or sponsor. Club names, crests and brand marks shown remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe the design each jersey reproduces. Minor variations in color, trim and lettering compared with product photos are normal.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed incorrectly, we suspect fraud, or the personalization requested is offensive or infringes someone's rights. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. For international orders, import duties and taxes are charged separately by your country and paid by you. Payment is taken when you place the order through the providers offered at checkout.

4. Personalization

Name and number printing is free on made-to-order jerseys. You are responsible for the spelling, capitalization and number you enter; we print exactly what you type and personalized jerseys cannot be exchanged or refunded for errors in those details. We may decline personalization that is offensive, misleading, or that we believe infringes third-party rights. Patches and lettering are reproduced in the style of the era; exact fonts and badges can differ from the originals.

5. Production and delivery

Ready to Ship items ship within 24 hours. Made-to-order items take 5–11 business days to make before shipping. Delivery times, costs and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged are set out in our Shipping policy. Dates we give are estimates made in good faith and are not guaranteed.

6. Exchanges, returns and cancellations

Non-personalized jerseys can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jerseys and team uniforms are final sale unless we made a mistake. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Full details, fees and how to start a return are in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Promotions, bundles and free gifts

Offers such as "Buy 3, get 1 free", free gifts and free-shipping thresholds are applied automatically at checkout to qualifying items while the offer runs. The free item is the lowest-priced qualifying jersey in the order. If part of a bundle is returned, the discount is recalculated and any shortfall is deducted from the refund. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes unless stated. We may change or end promotions at any time.

8. Mystery Boxes and subscriptions

Mystery Boxes contain jerseys chosen by us within the options you select (such as club or size); the specific jersey is a surprise and cannot be chosen or exchanged for another kit, only for size. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you skip or cancel, which you can do from your account or by contacting us up to 3 days before the next billing date. We check your previous Vintage Pitch orders under the same email to avoid sending a jersey you already bought from us.

9. Team uniform orders

Team orders are produced from the proof you approve. By approving the proof you confirm all names, numbers, sizes and designs are correct. Changes are possible within 24 hours of approval; after that production has started. Team orders are personalized and final sale, except where the delivered kits differ from the approved proof.

10. Accounts and your content

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. By submitting reviews, photos or messages you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in connection with our store and marketing, and you confirm you have the right to share them.

11. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, photography and code, belongs to Vintage Pitch or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party marks shown on products belong to their owners (see section 1).

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as carrier disruption, customs holds, strikes or extreme weather.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where the law allows, disputes will be handled by the courts of Texas. If you are a consumer outside the US, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
